Tray Carter has over ten years of management experience and six years in the glass business. She’s happily married to her husband of nine years, with one son and two beautiful young daughters. She enjoys quilting, cooking, and singing in her spare time.

Keith Russell has been in the glass business since 1985, serving M&W Glass customers for over nine years. He loves his wife of 23 years, Pam Russell, who has also worked for a construction company in Millington and Tipton Co. He and their two sons enjoy 4-wheeling and racing.
